The first is the reviews that you have been given. I would say that your reviews are probably the best/most complimentary of all the ones that came up when I searched for "jumping castles" on google. Have consistently good reviews about your business is a big plus.

The second reason was that your prices were just as competitive as any other on the internet. The fact that I was offered a $10 discount for ordering and paying online was a nice bonus.

I suppose the only worry I had about the jumping castle initially was the quality of the product (material). Having never ordered one before I was not sure what to expect.

Actually, your website was the first one that popped up when I did a search and I checked out your reviews and they all seemed positive so that’s why I choose to go with you.

I wouldn’t say I was fearful at all.

But usually Africans turn up for parties late, however many of them actually turned up early so when I got the email to say it would arrive at 1:30 at the latest, I was purely just checking you were still coming as the kids were dirtying the house and I was worried about them getting bored.

Also, I was just hoping it was going to fit the space ok but there was plenty of room and it all worked out perfectly.

I guess there were a few key factors for why we chose your business. Some of those were as follows:

- We liked your website and the variety of jumping castles you have available, including the character castles – our son was going through a real PJ Mask phase at the time

- Your booking period – 6 hours – was longer than most of the others, which offer 4 hours, so it seemed a lot better value

- Your price was also good for us too

- We were also reassured by your “no cancellation fee” policy as we were a bit worried about it raining and didn’t want the money to be wasted if it was pouring rain.

I guess they were the main reasons we decided to book with you. Ultimately availability of the castle we wanted was the key though as our son’s birthday party date wasn’t changeable. If the castle we wanted from you wasn’t available on that date we probably would have had to go with another provider. But we were glad we booked early with you.

We did some searching for reviews on your business as well to feel more reassured. I seem to remember though that a lot of the reviews were for a company with the same name in New Zealand and Sydney, and I’m not sure if we found any for you in Brisbane/Gold Coast. So I guess it would be good to get some more Brisbane reviews on Google for your business. I just checked actually and see that you have added a few more reviews. I also just put a 5 star review up for you myself.

I chose your jumping castle on price and the time we could have it for wasn’t locked in to a strict 2- or 3-hour limit as you know parties can sometimes go over time.

Also, after emailing you about the durability of the product and you confirmed that it was made of strong material and suitable for adults as well was a bonus as with kids parties all adults want to have a go on the jumping castle. The only thing I didn’t know was the size of it but when up was very happy with it, I’m not good with photos I go with people on them then I have an idea so photos of people using your product would be great.

You were also very prompt with your reply and your confirmation emails were great. I guess maybe get people to put down a deposit as that helps for peace of mind with you delivering the product.
